Enterprise-wide partnership underpins TO THE NEW's company-wide push to build AI fluency across every engineering team.
TO THE NEW, an AI-native digital engineering company, today announced an enterprise-wide learning partnership with Coursera, a leading global online learning platform, extending access to Coursera's full enterprise learning catalog to all 2,200+ employees across the company.
The partnership underpins TO THE NEW's company-wide AI Adoption Accelerated Program, which is building structured AI capability across every engineering competency and craft at the company. As part of the program, teams work through role-specific learning paths curated by their practice leads, moving AI skill-building from an individual effort into a consistent, organization-wide standard.
The rollout reflects TO THE NEW's broader commitment to embedding AI more deeply into both its client offerings and its internal engineering practices. TO THE NEW runs all client engagements as AI-enabled, and views a workforce fluent in AI-assisted development as foundational to that approach, extending structured learning to its full team of 2,200+ engineers across India, the U.S., the UAE, and Australia.
"AI adoption has to be something every employee is equipped to work through, not just a handful of specialists," said Narinder Kumar, Co-founder and CEO, TO THE NEW. "Partnering with Coursera at an enterprise level lets us give every Newer structured, role-specific access to build these skills at scale. It's a foundational piece of how we're preparing our teams and our clients' engagements for an AI-native way of working."
“As AI moves rapidly from experimentation into everyday work, organizations need to build AI capability across the workforce – not just within specialist teams,” said Ashutosh Gupta, Managing Director, India and Asia Pacific, Coursera. “TO THE NEW's approach of combining enterprise-wide access with structured, role-based learning is a strong example of how organizations can turn AI adoption into sustained business impact. We’re pleased to partner with TO THE NEW as it equips its teams with the skills to thrive in an AI-enabled world”
TO THE NEW's employees are being onboarded to the program in phases, with structured learning paths tailored to each team's practice area.
